“I have lived at 1391 river road for the past 3 years with my close friends and have nothing but great things to say about the property and Manoj.
The property is in an ideal location, being right across the street from Johnson park, which is great for visiting the petting zoo and going on runs.
It is also within a few minutes drive to Rutgers stadium, the hospital/downtown New Brunswick, highland park, and the medical school.
It has plenty of space for parking due to the 2 car garage as well as the big parking lot/drive way.
The kitchen has plenty of counter space and cabinets. There are also 2 fridges, one in the garage and one in the kitchen that prevents clutter.
Most of the rooms and living room have big windows that give a great deal of natural light.
In the winter, snow plows come to clear the drive way, preventing any inconvenience during storms.
Manoj is an excellent landlord who is extremely kind, helpful, prompt, and considerate.
Any minor maintenance suggestions we have had throughout the years he has quickly addressed.
Living at this property was so seamless and convenient!”

“1391 River Road has been a perfect place for my past 4 years. It’s made a wonderful place to live as a student, living with all of my friends and still having more than enough of my own space. The house itself is huge. The eat in kitchen and the living room proved to be wonderful areas for sitting with my roommates and hanging with our friends. The kitchen has plenty of cabinet space for all of our needs plus extra room for some storage. Our two refrigerators gave us more than enough space for food as well. My room in the front got lots of sunlight throughout the day, and I also had nice views of the llamas across the street. The deck also gave use the opportunity to grill and be outside during the warm months. Other wonderful parts of our house include the huge driveway and two car garage which made parking and having friends over a breeze, the central air and central heating, and the basement gave us even more room for storage. Lastly, being situated across from Johnson Park is also a great feature, especially since I love to run and be outside. This house has been a wonderful place to live as a medical student and would make a great place to live for anyone that wants to be near Rutgers campuses or Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital. It has given me and my friends great memories and will hopefully give another group of friends even more.”

“I spent 4 years at 1391 River Road throughout medical school with 5 other guys and we have had an incredible time. The house is very spacious with 6 single bedrooms. I’ve had more than enough space living in the smallest bedroom. The family area is a great size to hang out amongst yourselves and even to have guests over. The kitchen is updated with stainless steel appliances and a marble counter-top. There is also a 2 car garage. The rent is very reasonable compared to what some of our colleagues pay. We have had very few issues with the house but the the landlord has been timely and attentive to fixing them when they arise. The house is across the street from Johnson Park, and Dolly the Llama, which provides an easy way to de-stress by walking around and seeing the animals and the Raritan River or by running through the park. Overall we have had a great time here and have made many memories. We will surely miss it.”
